About Oui Oui Cuisine
With over 30 years of combined experience in the service industry, Laura and Georges Goba-Byrne founded Oui Oui Cuisine in the scenic Hudson Valley. Drawing from their extensive background, including Georges time working in prestigious kitchens like NYC's 4-star establishments, The Soho Hotel, and The Standard Hotel, they bring a wealth of expertise to the world of catering.
Like true foodies at heart, their love for cooking comes from its ability to express culture, connect people, and allow them to be pushed creatively in the kitchen.
Laura, rooted in her Irish heritage, focuses on health in her cooking, inspired by the wholesome meals enjoyed in Ireland. Georges, with origins in Ivory Coast and France, adds a touch of French flair to every dish.
Beyond their impressive culinary journey, Laura and Georges incorporate ingredients that are known for their immune-boosting properties or health benefits, and with their scratch-made approach, they have full creative control to choose ingredients that will not only taste good, but also support and nourish the body.
